Services We offer:
– Coaching sessions
– Root Cause Therapy (in person and online)
– Digital courses, resources, and email training

Booking & Payment
– All sessions must be prepaid
– Payments for courses are processed securely via Stripe
– Prices may be updated at any time, but existing purchases are unaffected

Cancellations & Refunds
– 1:1 Sessions: 48 hours’ notice required for rescheduling. Missed sessions are non-refundable.
– Digital Downloads (e.g., PDFs, guides): Non-refundable due to instant access unless the product is proven faulty.
– Online Course: Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Use of Digital Content
All digital products (PDFs, videos, audio) are for personal use only. Do not share, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.

Coaching & Therapy Disclaimer
– Coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care
– You take full responsibility for your decisions and actions following sessions

You agree not to use this site in a way that causes harm or attempts to access data unlawfully.
